Analytics and marketing always rely on consent. They are activated only once you have accepted the relevant cookie category in the consent banner on our site.
5. Personal data processed
Through the contact form:
- Name
- Company or brand name
- Email address and phone number
- Estimated quantity of drinks
- Any voluntary additional information provided by the data subject
- Which page and which button the enquiry was sent from
- Consent to processing and the time it was given
- Time of submission and the sender's IP address (for spam protection)
Through appointment booking: name, email address and the booked time.
Through website analytics and advertising measurement, only from visitors who have given consent: technical data such as browser type and device, pages visited, time spent on the site, traffic source, and events such as opening and submitting the form. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.
6. Sources of data
Data is collected directly from the data subject through the website contact form, appointment booking or direct contact. Analytics data is collected automatically with the visitor's consent.
7. Recipients and processors
We do not sell personal data and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. The following service providers process data on our behalf:

Contact form submissions are also stored in the website's own database.
Data may be transferred outside the EU and EEA in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, generally relying on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Retention periods
- Enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship: 36 months from the most recent contact
- Customer data in the CRM: for the duration of the relationship and 36 months after it ends
- Accounting records: as required by the Finnish Accounting Act
- Newsletter subscribers: until the subscriber unsubscribes
- Analytics data: according to the Google Analytics retention setting, at most 14 months
A data subject may request erasure of their data at any time, regardless of these retention periods.
9. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to:

- Erase data (”right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing, including direct marketing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Data portability — receive the data in a machine-readable format

10. Right to lodge a complaint
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies are always active to ensure the site functions. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you have given consent in the cookie banner shown on the site.
